About me.
Career, interests, and how I am wired. The parts of the story that do not fit on a CV.

A product leader who still ships the thing.
I took the long route into AI: philosophy at UCL, venue logistics at the London 2012 Olympics, a decade of product leadership from Bangkok to London, and a rugby 7s academy I founded that produced two British and Irish Lions along the way. The thread is the same everywhere. Understand the system, find the constraint, build the thing that removes it.
Since 2024 that thing has usually been an LLM pipeline. I build daily, in production, for real clients, and I hold the deploy pipeline to the same standard as the strategy room. A decade in, I care as much about getting both right as I did at the start.
The pattern does not switch off.
Sport first: golf off a 7 handicap, and skiing well enough to teach it as a Level 3 CSIA instructor. I once climbed Kilimanjaro and raised £85k for charity on the way up.
The rest is deliberate variety. I perform music and theatre, which is the closest a product person gets to shipping live with no rollback. And I grew up around my father's law firm, which is why legal and professional-services clients feel familiar rather than foreign.
I have ADHD. It is load-bearing.
I am open about it because it explains how I work. Three traits show up in the work every day, and clients notice them long before any label.
Pattern recognition
I spot the shape of a problem early: the process everyone works around, the metric that moves the others. Most automation projects fail at process mapping, not at the model. Seeing the map fast is the advantage.
Big-picture thinking
I start from the whole system: incentives, data flow, org chart, then the feature. Twelve products have gone from zero to one that way, including a product space worth roughly £10m in ARR.
Hyperfocus
When a problem locks in, hours disappear and the work compounds. It is how one person designs, builds and runs a production SaaS platform like Rezown end to end.
The trade-off is real, and I manage it deliberately. I am at my best with clear outcomes, honest constraints and room to build. Give me those and the number moves.
Let's move a number.
If you are hiring for a product leadership role, or you have a process quietly eating your team's time, I would like to hear from you. Tell me what you are trying to move, and I will tell you straight whether I can move it. I answer every enquiry myself, usually within a working day.
