I have spent ten years leading product at scale, generating over £40m in revenue and savings across Fortune 500 travel, enterprise SaaS and fintech. Since 2024 I have built production LLM systems with my own hands through AIAIO, my Claude-first automation consultancy. This is the work I care about most, and I hold it to a high standard. One of those systems saves a large London accounting firm around 800 hours of staff time every month. It is still running.

I take product spaces from zero to one and run the teams that scale them. Strategy, roadmap, delivery, and the C-suite conversations in between. At Orgvue I created a new product space worth roughly £10m in ARR. At Agoda I cut host activation from 27 days to under 20 minutes, worth about $9m in revenue.
I find the manual work that eats a team's week and replace it with production LLM pipelines that run unattended. Most automation projects fail at process mapping, not at the model, so that is where I start. My billing automation saves a large London accounting firm around 800 hours every month. A lead qualification workflow grew inbound lead revenue by 150% with no increase in payroll.
When the job needs software rather than slideware, I build it myself: Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase and Python, deployed on Vercel. Rezown, a production property intelligence platform that finds off-market opportunities and runs automated outreach for developers, is mine end to end.

A billing automation for a large London accounting firm, built on the Claude API and still running today. The hard part was not the model. It was mapping a process spread across a team of twelve, five approvers and a rotating cast of contributors.
A production platform that helps property developers find off-market opportunities and run outreach at scale. I designed it, built it and shipped it: Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, Claude API.
Orgvue needed organisational data that lived in people's heads, not databases. I built the survey and workflow engine that got it out, against board pressure to build the harder thing first. Sequencing it my way got us to market a year earlier.
