Rezown: property intelligence, built end to end.

Full-stack SaaS, solo buildNext.jsSupabaseClaude API
The Rezown platform: a London property map with a scored asset detail panel

Context

Property developers find off-market opportunities through relationships and luck. The data to do it systematically exists, but it is scattered, licensed awkwardly, and hostile to non-technical users.

The problem

Turn public and licensed datasets into a decision tool a developer will actually use, and pair discovery with the outreach that converts it, without a team.

The key decision

Build it as a production platform from day one rather than a prototype: real auth, real data pipelines, real monitoring. A prototype would have demoed well and fallen over on the first real portfolio.

What I built

The whole platform: ingestion pipelines for property, planning and ownership data, a search and scoring engine, automated mass outreach, and the app itself.

The outcome

A production platform, live with real usage. It is also the standing proof that I ship full-stack alone: schema to frontend to deploy.

Stack

Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, Python, Claude API, Vercel.
